Functioned fine until the initial game update. Their help pages are basic and don’t address the software at all. Online assistance is nonexistent. Seems like they spent more effort on their review bots.

Absolutely love this item! I tried the trial for a few days to see how it felt and to get the hang of it. The trial worked like a charm, so I decided to go for the pro version. I'm honestly blown away by how user-friendly the software is. I did hit a tiny snag (turns out it was on my end, haha). I reached out to customer support on a Friday, fully expecting to wait until Monday for a reply. To my shock, I was helped within minutes by Caliman. Not only was he super helpful, but he was also really friendly and approachable. He even had answers to questions he didn’t have to address. If you’re a serious gamer and you’re unsure about this product, or if you’re still on the trial version, just stop hesitating. Trust me, this is the one you want; upgrading to pro is TOTALLY WORTH IT. Fantastic product and top-notch customer service.

“You need to log into you GnBot account online and visit your "My Account" and there you will see a download button to download it. If you are using a free account it limits you to just 2 accounts and only 2 hrs of use per day. The Pro for $49/month ( discounted to $15/month if you pay for annual) then you can add unlimited games, accounts and run it for 24/7 is what is advertised. ”

How does the bot work in rude of kingdoms? does it just send troops to gather resources automatically?

“I can only speak on STFC game...but for the most part if there is a "Build" and collection from that Building a resource it uses graphical screen image to locate and recognize the status of that building to tell when it is ready to collect....ie: blinking green or gold usually means ready to collect. Hope that helps. ”
